Before you sign with them consider a few things first: CCTV and microphones in every room (Big brother is always watching). Mandatory 2 hour prep time before classes, extended office hours without extra pay to "talk about curriculum issues." Also, there were several mandatory Saturday sessions where I had to work on the weekend. Also my pay date changed suddenly from beginning of month to end of the month. Understaffing of foreign teachers, so that you have classroom sizes of 25 or 30, plus mandatory essay grading and editing that must be taken home. I also had a housing issue where I was kicked out before my contract expired because management changed leases and never considered informing me until movers arrived on my doorstep to kick me out. The list goes on and on..but you get the picture.
